When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect:

- Order details, including products, sizes, colors, and any custom designs you upload
- Basic usage data, such as pages viewed and actions taken on the site, used to improve the shopping experience
We do not collect or store your payment card details directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card information is handled entirely on their secure systems.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your orders, including printing and shipping
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account-related emails
- To send marketing emails and newsletter updates, only if you have opted in, through our email provider MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
- To sign you in using a one-time login code sent to your email. We do not store passwords
- To understand how customers use the site so we can improve it
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the services that help us run the store:
- Supabase, our database and hosting provider, which stores your account and order data securely
- Stripe, our payment processor, which handles checkout and payment information
- MailerLite, our email marketing provider, for newsletter and promotional emails you have opted into
- Our transactional email provider, used only to send order and account related emails
Data Retention and Your Rights
We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Some order records may be retained where required by law.
