Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable products. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Custom Designs and Your Content

When you upload images, text, or artwork using our design tool, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other legal right.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that is illegal, infringing, or contains hateful, offensive, or explicit content, at our discretion.

Production and Fulfillment

All orders are printed and shipped in-house. There is no third-party fulfillment. Standard orders are typically processed within 48 hours, and larger bulk orders may take 3-5 business days. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Account Access

Accounts are secured using a one-time login code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that is how orders and account actions are verified.

Limitation of Liability

Eli Custom Print is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
